  Our guest teacher today is Brandie Sellers Writer.  Teacher.  Witness.

Brandie is a two-time breast cancer survivor who credits writing and her other creative endeavors for helping her be happy to be a survivor instead of six-feet-under. She teaches yoga and Ayurveda classes and workshops in McKinney, Texas, and nationally for Patti Digh’s Life is a Verb Camp. Currently a graduate student at Southern Methodist University in the Masters of Science in Counseling program, Brandie plans to counsel oncology patients.

Brandie is crazy about her three children and living an artful life. She writes a blog at simplelifeyoga.com, writes for Cancerwise.org, and is a past Voices Columnist at The Dallas Morning News. She is mostly vegan but has a relationship with cheese which she isn’t quite ready to let go. She likes being in nature but does not like nature on her. She loves traveling and big adventures.
